UP: Samajwadi Party MP`s controversial statement on population control law!

Speaking on the Population Control Act, Samajwadi Party MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq said that how many children will be born, it is Nizam-e-Qudrat. We have no right to obstruct nature. Earlier, Barq refused to accept COVID-19 as a disease and called it a sky disaster.
