The violence against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) occurred in the areas of Maujpur, Zafarabad, Bhajanpura, Kardampuri, Dayalpur and Chandbagh (located less than 15 km from the city centre) just hours before United States President Donald Trump arrived in the national capital.
