Bangalore University Roar: Why are students demanding ban on vehicles inside campus?

Students of Bangalore University (BU) held a protest on October 13 after a student got injured in an accident. The protestors are demanding a complete ban on the movement of public vehicles inside the campus alongside other traffic curbs to be put in place.
