DNA: What is Canada`s Quebec dispute on which India is now eyeing?

A political war has started between Canada and India regarding Khalistani terrorists. This war was started by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who blamed India for the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in the Canadian Parliament. It is a different matter that Justin Trudeau or his government does not have anything in the name of evidence yet.
