Sourav Ganguly exits BCCI, is Roger Binny a replacement?

Sourav Ganguly will step down as the President of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Roger Binny is likely to replace Ganguly as the BCCI chief. Binny has filed his nomination for the post of BCCI President.
