DNA: Do European countries have more corruption than India?

In its annual Global Corruption Barometer Report for the European Union, Transparency International's report called health care a "hotspot for corruption". The report also said that corruption is "of particular concern during the current COVID-19 pandemic, when citizens need urgent medical assistance and vaccinations."
