DNA: Why celebration in India over Pakistan`s victory?

After Pakistan won the T20I for the first time by 10 wickets, Pakistan's Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that all Muslims around the world including Indian Muslims were supporting Pakistan during the match. At the same time, PDP President Mehbooba Mufti asked why there is so much anger against Kashmiris to celebrate Pakistan's victory.
