India-Russia makes it clear, the current situation in Afghanistan remains a threat to the world

India and Russia believe that foreign terrorist groups operating from Afghanistan are a threat to Central Asia and India and agreed to deepen counter-terrorism cooperation at their national security chiefs' meeting on Wednesday.
