Taliban: No foreign national will be stopped, Afghans can also travel abroad

The Taliban recently issued a statement, giving a new assurance to about 100 countries. The Taliban said that no foreign national would be prevented from leaving Afghanistan. Even Afghans can go abroad provided they have complete documents of foreign travel.
