New Delhi: Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections which are scheduled to be held on December 4, UPA president Sonia Gandhi will be addressing a rally in the nation`s capital Sunday evening.
With just 10 days left for the elections, the party plans to highlight the development model of Delhi under Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit`s government over the last 15 years.
The UPA president will be holding the rally at Shastri Park in East Delhi.
On November 18, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi held a rally in Delhi wherein the poor turnout forced him to cut short his speech.
