Bramhotsavam, Dussehra special trains between Kakinada and Tirupati

New Delhi: The Railways will run special trains for Bramhotsavam and Dussehra.

The special trains to run between Kakinada town and Tirupati in view of Bramhotsavam at Tirumala and Dussehra festival.

Brahmotsavam is celebrated in memory of Lord Srinivasa's self-manifestation day under the leadership of Brahma the son of Lord Vishnu.

The nine days Brahmostavams are one of the magnificent festivals celebrated at Tirumala.

The Railways is already running special trains for Durga Puja from September 22.

The northern railway is running the Anand Vihar Terminal- Howrah-Anand Vihar Terminal Suvidha Special Express and Ramnagar-Howrah-Ramnagar weekly puja special trains between September 22 and November 3 to facilitate movement of holiday travellers.
