This was decided during a meeting chaired by Ausaf on Friday, the Dawn reported. Jadhav is on a death row in Pakistan on charges of espionage.

The International Court of Justice has given Pakistan Dec 13 deadline to submit its counter-plea after which the final proceedings will start.

The ICJ had stayed Jadhav’s execution on May 18.

Ausaf said his office is in touch with all stakeholders, including Khawar Qureshi who pleaded Pakistan’s case in the initial stage, to formalise a 'robust' reply.
