Rajasthan government has postponed the collection of land revenue tax in 30,583 famine-affected villages in 31 districts for the third consecutive year, according to an official release here on Thursday.

The order for collection land revenue will not be applicable for those lands that have been categorised as the 'baarani', 'taalabi' and 'sailaabi' in the land records, but where the irrigation is done through wells and other sources, the release said.
