New Delhi: Chinese tech giant Xiaomi on Wednesday announced that the first flash sale of its latest Mi Max smartphone ended after the stock ran out in a matter of few seconds.

The company hasn't revealed the number of units it sold in first flash sale.

It will be available again across all platforms starting 13th July.

The smartphone has been priced at Rs 14,999.

On June 30, Xiaomi had launched the Mi Max, a 6.44-inch device in India in two variants – 3GB RAM 32GB memory and 4GB RAM 125GB.

However, there are no words as to when the bigger variant would be available for flash sale.

And while the base variant would be available only on Mi.com for the first flash sale, it would be available on other ecommerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal for the second flash sale.

Xiaomi Mi Max features a 6.44 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display with a pixel density of 403ppi.

It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection and is powered by a 1.8GHz Hexa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Processor with 3GB RAM.

It comes in 32GB internal storage.

It features a 16MP rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus and a 5MP front camera for selfie.
