Mobile handset maker Lava signs MS Dhoni as brand ambassador

New Delhi: Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been appointed as a brand ambassador by domestic mobile handset manufacturer Lava International, the company informed on Sunday.

The wicket-keeper batsman will be the latest face of Lava's multi-channel marketing campaign as well as brand engagement activities.

As per market experts, the decision to enroll Dhoni was taken in order to boost company's brand in India where it is amongst the top five players by volume.
