New Delhi: Maggi instant noodles seems to be in a hurry to get back its market share it lost to the rivals when it faced food regulator's ban over alleged presence of lead beyond permissible limits.

It has relaunched more variants like vegetable atta and oats noodles in addition to its already existing masala and chicken noodles range.

Though the company has already reclaimed 50 percent of the instant noodles market share after the lifting of ban, but it is eyeing for larger share. The Nestle instant noodles brand had around 77 percent market share around January 2015.

In order to achieve its target, the company wants to give a far greater choice to consumers. It has also made the option of bulk buying by consumers more convenient by selling the noodles on the online marketplace Snapdeal.
