New Delhi: Vijay Mallya's escape from the country at a time when he is facing probe in several loan default cases, has raised several questions on his exit.

The opposition has been asking, despite so many agencies were interrogating him (Mallya), why was he not arrested, why was his passport not confiscated.

FM Arun Jaitley dismissed it saying, "There has to be a process. There is a law called the Passport Act under which an appropriate order is to be passed by the Passport Authority."

But the question is still unanswered –Did Mallya flee India or somebody helped him escape? Watch this video.
