JKLF chief Yaseen Malik granted bail
New Delhi, July 18: A Delhi court today granted bail to JKLF chairman Yaseen Malik, who was in judicial custody, in connection with a Tada case for allegedly `aiding and abetting` terrorist activities in the Valley.
New Delhi, July 18: A Delhi court today granted bail to JKLF chairman Yaseen Malik, who was in judicial custody, in connection with a Tada case for allegedly "aiding and abetting" terrorist activities in the Valley.
Special Tada judge S N Dhingra granted him bail and directed him to furnish a personal bond of Rs 40,000 and a surety of like amount.
Malik, who was arrested by the CBI on July 15, was remanded to three-day of judicial custody by the court after a non-bailable warrant was issued against him for not appearing during the trial proceedings.
