Though they needed only a draw to qualify for tomorrow's final, India rarely showed any sign of complacency as they played an attacking game from the onset and scored in 18th and 55th minutes to turn the tables on their arch-rivals.
The first goal was scored by striker Baljit Singh Dhillon, who netted from the penalty spot, while Prabhjot Singh sounded the board in 55th minute.
Australia, who have won both their matches against India And Pakistan, will take on Australia 'A' in their last league engagement later today.
