New Delhi, Sept 19: Taking strong exception to the decision by a Rae Bareli court to chargesheet him and six others in the Babri Masjid demolition case, VHP senior vice president Acharya Giriraj Kishore today said he believed the chargesheet "was not right" but took "no objection" to Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani being discharged. "We will fight the case in the court. Although I am one of the men chargesheeted, I don't believe the chargesheet is right," he said.

"I have no objection or complaint to the charges against Advani being dropped," he said.

Asked about the course of action for VHP, Kishore said the parishad members named in the case will stick to their stand. "We have not committed any offence. Every Hindu has a right to construct a Ram Temple at Ayodhya," he said.

Claiming that the "Kar Sevaks did not demolish any mosque", Kishore said "since 1950, there was a functional temple by a court order."
