Chinese hackers may have breached computers of senior government officials

New Delhi: In what may be termed as a serious breach of official information, Chinese hackers from a group named Danti are reported to have breached computers of senior government officers in Delhi and other parts of the country, as per a report published in Economic Times.

The report cites cyber security company Kaspersky Labs claiming the same. The report also adds that that the department of electronics and information technology (DeitY) officials have admitted the same.

Some of the officers have said that the leak was reported but it has been plugged now.
