New Delhi: Google CEO Sundar Pichai on Thursday revealed his love for sports and described himself as a big fan of cricket.


Addressing students at the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University on Thursday, Pichai revealed that he was big fan of cricket and the batting maestros Sunil Gavasker and Sachin Tendulkar.

His visit to India was his first ever visit outside of the United States after becoming the CEO of Google.


"I did dream of being a cricketer like so many Indians. I used to be a huge fan of (Sunil) Gavaskar when he was playing and later, Sachin (Tendulkar) when he played. I always had a dream," he said.


The Google CEO also took time off to play cricket the India Gate with local residents.
