Roadside bomb rocks Quetta, no injuries
Quetta, Nov 25: A homemade remote-controlled bomb exploded along a road near an army auto repair yard in the southwestern city of Quetta, causing no injuries, police said today.

No one claimed responsibility for the explosion in the
northern outskirts of Quetta where military barracks and
offices are also located, said Liaqat Ali, a Quetta Police
official.
The explosion left a crater near the road but the road was not damaged, Ali said.
He said authorities were investigating the blast. It was not known whether the attack was aimed at the army facility which serves as a scrap yard and where damaged military vehicles are also repaired.
Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province, has been the scene of several acts of sectarian violence in recent months.
