WhatsApp will no longer work on these smartphones; check out for your device
From 31 December later this year, WhatsApp won`t be accessible on Symbian-powered smartphones.

New Delhi: Here is a bad news for the ones who are using Symbian OS on their phones. From 31 December later this year, WhatsApp won't be accessible on Symbian-powered smartphones.
A popup message now appears to every WhatsApp users on Symbian OS:
“Unfortunately, you won't be able to use WhatsApp after 31/12/2016 because WhatsApp will no longer support your phone.”
So the Symbian-dedicated servers will no longer access the app in 2017. In case you also have Symbian backed operating system on your phone, do get it replaced as soon as possible.
