Xiaomi launches PickMi‬ pick up and drop sales service across India for Rs 189

All Xiaomi tablet and smartphone users may no longer have to worry about the after-sales service, as the company has launched pick up and drop service for Rs 189 across India

New Delhi: In a Facebook post, Xiaomi India wrote, "PickMi service across India! We bring our service to your doorstep. Call us on 1800-103-6286 and avail our pick up and drop service for all Mi products for just Rs 189”. All those who had doubts on the after-sales service of Xiaomi handsets in india, there is a reason to cheer. The pick up service will be be available for all Mi products available across India.

However, this is not the first initiative in after sales service taken up by the Chinese handset maker. Xiaomi had entered into a similar partnership with a Delhi-based Gadgetwood, which offers repair and support service for tablets and smartphones, in May this year. Under the deal, Gadgetwood promised one-day repair, including pick and drop services for Xiaomi smartphones and tablets within a day of placing the request for a fee of Rs 99. The service was, however, available only in Delhi NCR.

Other handset makers like Meizu, and Motorola India have initiated similar pick up and drop services earlier to fortify their after sales service in India.
