New Delhi: Though slackening property prices have constantly created a lull in the realty market, plush zones seem to be least affected.


As per a report in the Economic Times, Dabur's chairman emeritus VC Burman has bought a bungalow in Delhi's Lutyens zone for Rs 160 crore.


The bungalow, located in Golf Links area is spread over 1,310 square yard and has a total built-up space of about 9,000 square feet.


The ET further said that the bungalow was sold at Rs 12.2 lakh per sq. yard.


The who's who of the business world who own homes in the Lutyens Bungalow Zone include LN Mittal, Naveen Jindal, KP Singh, Sunil Mittal, Ruia brothers, Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, Analjit Singh, Atul Punj, Rajiv Rattan, Kabul Chawla and Harish Ahuja.
