New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority(DDA) is set to launch a housing scheme and put around 11,000 houses up for sale in different locations in Delhi.
Arun Goel, Vice Chairman of DDA told to HT Estates that the scheme is going to come very soon.
“ We will be putting up completed flats in this scheme. This will include flats that are lying vacant with us. We will come out with a scheme very soon under that”, said Goel.
The houses will be sold after a draw, which will have only flats lying vacant for many years and not new constructions. The flats on sale will include those 2,000 flats from the 2014 scheme and 8500 from the lots of surrendered flats in the last scheme. These will be primarily spread all across Delhi.
DDA is also constructing some 60,000 new flats which will go on sale around two years from now, added the DDA Vice Chairman.
