Mumbai: Piramal Realty, real estate development arm of Piramal Group, today said it has launched a commercial project, 'Piramal Agastya' in suburban Kurla.

Spread over 16.25 acres, the project, to be developed as a corporate park, will have independent buildings and multi-format office spaces ranging from over 3,200 sqft carpet area to over 1,00,000 sqft of contiguous carpet area on a single floor plate, the company said in a statement here.


"Piramal Agastya integrates natural beauty with urban landscape inspired by biophilic design. Kurla is a rapidly changing urban blend of residential colonies, industrial estates and commercial enclaves. We believe this project will add to the overall socio-economic development of the landscape and break new ground as the business environment of the future," Piramal Group Executive Director Anand Piramal said.


The project will be completed in two phases with phase I covering around leasable area of one million sqft, consisting of three buildings, the release added.
