New Delhi: As part of its plan to chalk out development strategies at the assembly segment level, the Andhra Pradesh government has estimated per capita income (PCI) of its assembly constituencies.


The AP government has for the first time estimated per capita income of all the 175 assembly constituencies, as per a report in the Times of India.


Gajuwaka assembly constituency in Visakhapatnam district has emerged as the richest among all assembly segments in the state.


Here is the list of major constituencies in terms of the PCI


Gajuwaka –Rs 2,64,332 PCI


Krishna district –Rs 1,22,773 PCI


Kakinada –Rs 1,22,439 PCI


Tirupati  –Rs 1, 00,935 PCI


Nellore –Rs  86, 868 PCI


Vizianagaram –Rs  76,623 PCI


Kuppam –Rs 61,115 PCI


Ichchapuram  –Rs 46,905 PCI
