It is not something new in the world of Indian cricket. A ritual probably. Every year, since the rise of social media, someone from the 'men in blue' plays prank on the other and leaves it for their fans to enjoy. This year Yuvraj Singh did the same on Shikhar Dhawan.

He told the Indian opening batsman that his wife had called on his mobile and that it is an emergency. Listening to that, Dhawan, who was enjoying the late-afternoon swim, quickly ran out of the pool and started searching for his mobile. Seeing him all agitated, Yuvraj comes out to reveal that it was an April Fool's prank.

Dhawan took it rather sportingly and laughed as he said, "It was a good strategy by Yuvi paji."

Amid the growing anxiousness for the upcoming IPL season, it is rather good to see the teammates enjoying. Sunrisers Hyderabad has their first match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on the opening day at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad.
