New Delhi: The 10th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) continued to produce stunning catches, and on Wednesday, Shreyas Iyer to a blinder to send back Kane Williamson, who was threatening to maul the Delhi Daredevils attack at Hyderabad.

Williamson tried to flick a Chris Morris delivery, but could get only a top edge, and the ball ballooned. Nair, fielding at deep mid-wicket, ran some distance to complete the catch, diving with both hands.

It certainly was not the greatest catch of the season, but was one of the best. Keeping track of the ball's flight while running, then taking the leap of faith to complete the catch was indeed a good effort.


For Williamson, who was out of action for some time and playing his IPL match of the season, was in complete control. He scored a stroke-ful 89 off 51 balls to set up a huge total of 191/4.
