New Delhi: The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) make-shift opener Sunil Narine wrecked havoc against visiting Gujarat Lions in their return-leg match of the 2017 Indian Premier League (IPL) at Eden Gardens on Friday.

Opening the KKR innings with skipper Gautam Gambhir, the West Indian soon got into the act hitting Praveen Kumar for a four off the second ball of the match. The over ended with two back-to-back fours.


The left-handed batsman entertained the pack Eden Gardens crowd with some lusty shots. In the process, he also recorded his highest ever T20 score, 42 off mere 17 balls, which included nine fours and a six.
