New Delhi: The Gujarat Lions captain Suresh Raina on Tuesday played one of the most explosive knocks of the 2017 Indian Premier League (IPL) season when he made 28 off just eight balls against the visiting Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Rajkot.

In his short stay at the batting crease, the 30-year-old managed to entertain the packed Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium with some lusty blows.


He started the knock with a single, then hit back-to-back sixes of the bowling of Sreenath Aravind. He also hit two more fours.
