  • West Indies fast bowler Kesrick Williams goes unsold. His base price was 50 lakhs.

  • Australia's Joshua Philippe has been sold to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at his base price of Rs 20 lakhs, while West Indies all-rounder Fabian Allen has been sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 50 lakhs.

  • Indian all-rounder Sandeep Bavanaka has been sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 20 lakhs, while Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has signed Australia's Chris Green for his base price for Rs 20 lakhs.

  • Surprisingly, New Zealand's Martin Guptill, West Indies' Carlos Braithwaite, Australia's Marcus Stoinis, South Africa's Andile Phehlukwayo, New Zealander and India's Rishi Dhawan are all unsold.

  • Sunrisers Hyderabad has signed India Under-19 captain Priyam Garg for Rs 1.9 crore. 
     

  • Virat Singh goes under the hammer and he has been bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 1.9 crore. 

  • Rahul Tripathi is the next man available to grab and he is sold to Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 60 lakh. 
     

  • India's Harpreet Bhatia and Rohan Kadam go unsold. 

     

  • India's Robin Uthappa, who had a base price of Rs 1.5 crore, is sold to Rajasthan Royals for Rs 3 crore. 

     

  • West Indies bowler Hayden Walsh, whose base price was Rs 50 lakh, also goes unsold.

Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins scripted history on Thursday as he became the most expensive overseas player in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) after he was signed by Kolkata Night Riders for a whopping Rs 15.5 crore at the 2020 IPL Player Auction in Kolkata.

Australia's Glenn Maxwell (sold for Rs 10.75 crore to Kings XI Punjab), South Africa's Chris Morris (bought for Rs 10 crore by Royal Challengers Bangalore), West Indies's Sheldon Cottrell (sold to Kings XI Punjab for Rs 8.50 crore) and Nathan Coulter Nile (sold to Mumbai-based IPL franchise for Rs 8 crore) were the top five expensive players of this year's auction. 


Meanwhile, leg-spinning all-rounder Piyush Chawla was the most expensive Indian buy at the 2020 Player Auction. He was bought by Chennai Super Kings for whopping Rs 6.75 crore.


As many as 332 players, including 186 Indians, 143 overseas cricketers and three players from Associate Nations, went under the hammer during the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) Player Auction.


The highest reserve price for the Players Auction was Rs 2 crore and only seven players were included in this list namely Cummins (Australia), Chris Lynn (Australia), Mitchell Marsh (Australia), Glenn Maxwell (Australia), Dale Steyn (Australia), Josh Hazlewood (England) and Angelo Mathews (Sri Lanka). 


Robin Uthappa was the only Indian player in the auction list with a base price of Rs 1.5 crore. The likes of Piyush Chawla, Yusuf Pathan and Jaydev Unadkat are in the base price of Rs 1 crore
