Virat Kohli or AB de Villiers: Shahid Afridi dodges the bullet when asked to pick his favorite batsman

A few days ago, Team India gifted a signed Virat Kohli jersey to Shahid Afridi post his retirement.

New Delhi: Not long ago, Team India skipper Virat Kohli won the hearts of Pakistani fans for sending his jersey, signed by all present Indian team players, to Shahid Afridi following the latter's retirement from all formats of the game.

A few days after the picture of the jersey was shared on Twitter, Afridi was asked to name his pick between Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers during a Q&A session on the micro-blogging website.

The former Pakistani great, however, refused to bite the bullet and efficiently dodged the question saying both are great.

Afridi was also asked to name his favourite football players and the best captain he has played under during the Q&A.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, two of the most decorated football players in the modern times, were Shahid's picks.

Wasim Akram, the name which hardly needs introduction, was picked by Afridi as the best captain he has played under.
