However, the Delhi batsman's record against England, is not one he would be very proud of. In the first innings of the first Test against England, Kohli was back in the pavilion after being hit-wicket.


While the dismissal came as a shock for many, it wasn't for the first time that the stylish right-hander was dismissed in that unfortunate manner. In one of the ODIs against England at Cardiff in 2011, Kohli was dismissed in the same manner.


After having scored brilliant 107 runs off 93 balls, Kohli worked one ball from off-spinner Graeme Swann towards the leg side, in the process of which his right foot hit the stumps and he was declared out.
