New Delhi: Veteran Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in the Parliament to invite him for his upcoming wedding. The southpaw is all set to tie the knot with Bollywood actress Hazel Keech on November 30.

The couple, who got engaged in Bali in April this year in a private ceremony, are all set to enter a new phase.


While Yuvi's family hails from Chandigarh in Punjab, Hazel is a British national and her mother is a Mauritian Hindu by origin.

There will be two weddings.


The gurudwara wedding will take place in Chandigarh on November 30. It will be followed by another wedding as per Hindu rituals in Goa on December 2.


The sangeet and reception will be held in Delhi on December 5 and 7 respectively.

While the venue for the sangeet is a farmhouse near Chattarpur, the reception will be at a city hotel.


As preparations are in full swing for the grand wedding, a special term has been coined while conceptualising the invites. Yuvraj and Hazel Premiere League (YHPL) – is a creative theme of their wedding.
