Sudarshan Pattnaik Prays for Flood Victims through sand art- See pic Here
Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik recently tweeted about his latest sand art work- a sculpture of Lord Shiva along with a devotee worshipping him. The artwork has the message `We Pray for Flood Victims` written below it. The sculpture has been created at the Puri Beach in Odisha and it is evident that Pattnaik wants to show his concern regarding the flood victims of Gujarat, Assam and several other states.

Moreover, the prayer to Lord Shiva can be connected to the month of Shrawan which is currently being observed across the country. This entire month is dedicated to Lord Shiva and it is said that the one who worships him in this month will get auspicious results and blessings of the lord.
