Full list of 20 AAP MLAs in Delhi who may be disqualified in office of profit case

New Delhi: In a major setback for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Election Commision (EC) on Friday recommended the disqualification of 20 MLAs of the party for allegedly holding offices of profit as Parliamentary Secretaries.

Sharad Kumar Chauhan from Narela constituency
Madan Lal Khufiya from Kasturba Nagar constituency
Shiv Charan Goyal from Moti Nagar constituency
Sarita Singh from Rohtas Nagar constituency
Naresh Yadav from Mehrauli constituency
Rajesh Gupta from Wazirpur constituency

The petition against the AAP MLAs was filed by Delhi lawyer Prashant Patel who sought their disqualification. The petitioner had also claimed that the MLAs had enjoyed perks and benefits while they held the office of parliamentary secretaries.
