New Delhi: The final results for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and NA (Naval Academy) I examination I 2017 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Candidates can log on to - upsc.gov.in - to check the results. The exam was conducted on April 23.


As per the press note by the commission, "The candidates have qualified on the basis of the results of the written examination and the subsequent interviews held by the services selection board, of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of National Defence Academy for the 139th Course and Naval Academy for the 101st Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd January 2018."


"The results of Medical Examination have not been taken into account," it added.


Under Article 320 of the Constitution, the commission is, inter-alia, required to be consulted on all matters relating to recruitment to civil services and posts.
