Lucknow, Sept 19: Richard Vadra, brother-in-law of Priyanka Gandhi, passe away in Moradabad today. The death prompted Sonia Gandhi to cut short her visit to her Lok Sabha constituency Amethi from where she is returning to New Delhi tomorrow morning.

Congress sources said that the AICC president has cancelled her programmes scheduled here tomorrow as she has decided to return. Sonia, who arrived here this morning, was scheduled to remain in her constituency for two days.
