Cabinet expansion in Punjab soon: Amarinder
Amritsar, Dec 03: Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh today said that he would expand his ministry within a fortnight.

The Chief Minister told reporters that new faces would be
inducted as state ministers while some state ministers would
be promoted to Cabinet rank.
Singh said that some MLAs who had been appointed chairmen of corporations may be inducted as state ministers.
However, everything would be finalised after December nine meeting of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC), he said adding a final approval would be taken from the high command.
Singh said that currently the state government was facing severe financial crunch so it was unable to generate job avenues for the unemployed youth.
