LA, May 04: Actor Jason Priestley, the former star of "Beverly Hills, 90210," is engaged to marry his longtime girlfriend, the performer's publicist said on Monday. Priestley, 34, who appeared as a regular this season on the Fox television drama "Tru Calling," plans to tie the knot with make-up artist Naomi Lowde, his spokeswoman said. But the date, location and other details of the couple's impending nuptials were not disclosed.
Priestley gained fame starring as Brandon Walsh on the groundbreaking prime-time soap opera "Beverly Hills, 90210," which ended its 10-year run on Fox in May of 2000.
The Canadian-born actor and auto-racing enthusiast suffered a spinal fracture, two broken feet and other injuries when his car crashed during a practice run at the Kentucky Speedway in Indianapolis in August 2002. He subsequently spent months in physical rehabilitation.
