Ropar, July 02: Narrotam Singh Dhillon, a cousin of former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and accused in two cases registered, on Tuesday said that he would approach Himachal High Court against the Punjab Chief Minister and State Vigilance Bureau. Dhillon alleged that he was illegally arrested from his flat at Shimla by the Punjab Vigilance Bureau officials, who did not have arrest warrants and he was not produced before any local magistrate. After his medical examination here, Dhillon said he would move the Himachal Pradesh High Court for action against Amarinder Singh and Vigilance Bureau for arresting him illegaly and for mental torture suffered by him on this account.
