Pondicherry, Oct 28: Tamil Nadu Goernor P S Rama Mohan Rao today placed wreath on Pondicherry Lt Governor K R Malkani Lt Governor's body which has been kept at the Raj Nivas here. Large number of people including Chief Minister N Rangaswamy, Speaker M D R Ramachandran, French consul general in Pondicherry Michel Seguy, legislators were among those who paid their last respects to Malkani.
