Los Angeles: Miley Cyrus paid tribute to the King of Rock and Roll by wearing an all-white ensemble as host of the opening of W magazine's Shooting Stars exhibit.

The ensemble included a very low cut cape-like top, an oversized gold buckle and pants that flared at the bottom, reportedly.


"I was thinking this was very Elvis Presley. I thought it felt right because it was just his 80th birthday," she said.


The 22-year-old singer arrived about an hour into the two-hour bash. After chatting and taking countless selfies with an assorted array of fans and friends, she squeezed her through the packed crowd back toward the front entrance.
