Famous in ancient Hindu literature as the most violent form of Goddess Durga, Kalaratri is worshipped on the seventh day of Navratra. Kalaratri is believed to be the destroyer of all demoniacal powers, i.e., kaal.


What does Maa Kalaratri do?


Maa Kalaratri destroys ignorance and removes darkness.


She reminds us about the fact that sorrow, pain, destruction, decay and death are inevitable and one can’t escape them.
