Nicholas Brendon pleads guilty to misdemeanour after arrest
Brendon was issued a conditional discharge by City Judge James Doern, meaning he will not serve jail time in the case, if he completes drug and alcohol counselling and stays out of trouble for one year.
London: "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" actor Nicholas Brendon has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanour charge of criminal mischief in a court hearing.
Brendon was arrested in October after an alleged domestic dispute at a hotel in New York, where he was accused of "grabbing his girlfriend by the throat", reported Contactmusic.

Brendon posted a photo of himself to his Facebook page and wrote, "It's another beautiful day on this round floating rock we call planet earth.
