Jalandhar, July 19: Rebel Shiromani Akali Dal leader and former Punjab Speaker Ravi Inder Singh today announced formation of a new party "Akali Dal" under his leadership. The new outfit would include all the splinter Akali factions opposed to SAD president Parkash Singh Badal, he told reporters here said.
