Srinagar, Mar 27: Eleven persons including a couple, four security personnel and five ultras were killed in militancy-related incidents in Jammu and Kashmir since last night, official sources said today. Mohammad Amin Magray and his wife were killed when unidentified militants intruded into their house at Malikpora village in Kupwara late last night and fired indiscriminately on them, he said.
Militants intercepted a private truck at Pothushahi village of Lolab area last night and shot dead its driver Shabir Ahmad Mir, a resident of Uri, the spokesman said.
In Doda district of Jammu region, two security forces person were killed in an encounter with militants at Dabra in Bhaderwah area this morning, he said.
Two militants belonging to pro-Pakistan Hizbul Mujahideen was also killed in the gunbattle near Dhudas in Poonch and one AK rifle, one pistol and one wireless set was recovered from the slain militant, the spokesman said.

Militants shot dead one Zareena Bano at her residence in Bata Baas-Shangan area of Banihal tehsil of Doda district today. The militants later fled away, the sources said.
A group of four to five ultras barged into the house of one Sikander Hussain in Phera village of Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district last night and seriously injured him and three of his family members. Bureau Report
